The hotel had clean rooms with comfortable beds and a cool wrist band key for room access. The hotel facilities were nice, including a pool and beach area with open-air seating overlooking the ocean. The location was quite outside the center, but offered great views. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was perfect, with stunning beaches nearby and easy access to downtown. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with friendly and attentive service from the moment I arrived. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, with a delicious selection of fresh cooked omelettes and a variety of dishes served at each meal.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it is conveniently situated near downtown Puerto Vallarta. The beach was clean and less crowded, allowing us to fully enjoy our time there. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ensuring that we had drinks and anything else we needed. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms and a beautiful private beach. The Italian restaurant, Andiamo, served the best Italian food we've ever had, with a fantastic waiter named Rodrigo taking care of us. We also appreciated the reliable transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and buses running every 10 minutes for only 8 pesos per person.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were really nice, with a beautiful gym and a kids club that our daughters loved. The staff, especially Betsabé and Odette, were amazing with the kids and made their experience unforgettable. The location of the hotel was great, with a private beach and a raised sun deck overlooking the water. The staff provided top-notch service and made us feel welcome during our entire stay.

The location, although secluded, offered a peaceful and safe environment for families.
