The location was perfect - close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, offering stunning scenery and breathtaking hiking trails. We were fortunate to witness wildlife encounters, including a black bear and turkey with her babies. The Southern Hospitality was exceptional, with friendly staff providing a warm welcome.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quaint charm of the older inn added to our experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the town, where we found great stores and restaurants. being so close to the Great Smoky Mountains allowed us to easily explore the beautiful outdoor adventures this area has to offer.
Not one thing.
The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep ever. The water pressure in the shower was great too, made me feel refreshed and ready for the day. Plus, the location of our room was perfect. We were in a secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a gas station. It was so convenient! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The pool area was also well-maintained and not crowded at all during our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect - very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the casino. The staff, especially the sweet desk associates, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with a smile and providing me with coffee. this hotel provided a comparable experience to 3-4 star hotels I've stayed at before.
There was nothing I didn't like.
