Situated only 1.5 km from Newquay Golf Club in Newquay, the lovely Great Western features a gift shop and a restaurant. Featuring 28 rooms with views of the harbour, the 3-star hotel is 5 minutes by car from the sand Fistral Beach.

The Great Western offers on-site breakfast in the restaurant. Choose from an unlimited choice of Asian dishes at Kahuna which is a mere 5 minutes' walk away.

This smoke-free property is next to Tolcarne Beach and in the very heart of Newquay. The hotel offers proximity to family venues such as Blue Reef Aquarium (0.8 km) and the sized Newquay Zoo (0.9 km).

The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely terrace and a spacious room. I especially appreciated the big en suite bathroom and ample storage space. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was ideal for enjoying coastal walks and being close to the beach.
Nothing, it was perfect.
The location was perfect, right on the seafront and within walking distance of the train station, zoo, waterpark, and Towan Beach. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the bar staff who went out of their way to accommodate our love for table football. The bar had a great range of meals, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious Thai curry from the specials board. The price for a 6-night stay was reasonable, and I would definitely love to return next year.

The sea view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to the train station and right in the city center. The bar area on the terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful view.

The staff followed every guideline possible to ensure our safety during these uncertain times. The location of the hotel was ideal, with stunning sea views and easy access to transportation.
