The location in downtown Chattanooga area was fantastic - clean streets, friendly locals, and zero problems with transportation. The suite we stayed in was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The staff, especially Yasmine at check-in, was outstanding - efficient, friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
All was good.
The location was superb, with easy walking access to numerous restaurants and attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. The on-site parking was convenient, and the hotel's proximity to many downtown attractions was a major plus. The breakfast offered a good variety and the staff was fantastic.

The King suite was the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in. It was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. It was central to all of the local attractions in downtown, including the Tivoli, Aquarium, Children's Museum, and the Pinball museum. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
