I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was well-maintained. The hotel facilities, especially the indoor pool and spa, were a lot of fun. The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was very close to downtown venues. I was able to walk to a concert in under 20 minutes, despite the cold weather. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The front desk was accommodating and even provided a comb when my husband forgot one. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food, including Oat Cheerios. The free coffee and tea bar was a nice touch. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The breakfast spread was great, with gluten-free options available. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to Union Station and within walking distance to everything downtown. We were able to get to the theatre in under 20 minutes.
