I loved the hotel's vintage style look and cozy furniture in the lobby. The staff, especially Abu and Victor, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, right next to the Convention Center. The hotel was also near the Art District area and the trolley system. I found a great park for yoga or relaxation right in front of the hotel. Plus, there was an excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

The hotel's location was very convenient for the conference we attended and it was also within walking distance to downtown, although it was a long walk. The area felt safe and the hotel was away from some bars in the conference area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's lobby and courtyard area had beautiful and peaceful decor and ambiance. The rates were extremely reasonable, making it great value for money.

The valet parking guys went above and beyond, retrieving something I had forgotten in my truck immediately upon my request, even though they had to walk over two blocks to do so. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, maintaining its historical charm. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a spacious suite upon arrival. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and pubs in the warehouse district. Transportation was convenient, especially for those needing to access the nearby port for a cruise ship.
