I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right in downtown and close to the Footprint center where I attended an event. Plus, it was within walking distance to local restaurants, so I could easily find dinner options. The staff, especially Tyra, Irvin, and Jordan, was amazing. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The hotel had great security features, which made me feel safe during my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options, with the lightrail just a block away.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the hot and delicious breakfast provided. The breakfast was amazing with pre-packaged options and delicious coffee. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice AC and warm shower. The valet parking team was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the convention center and near the downtown area. We were able to easily access Talking Stick Arena and Chase Field. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and we felt safe during our stay. The staff were friendly, especially with our children. We were impressed with the quick response from the valet staff when we witnessed a crime outside the hotel. a great experience.
