Boasting a location within a short walking distance to the downtown commercial zoned Duval Street, this non-smoking guest house includes 23 rooms and a swimming pool.

The location was perfect - just a couple blocks from Duval Street. Hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool right outside my room. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner from the bustling Duval Street, yet far enough to avoid all the noise. It was also conveniently close to the Southernmost point and Historic Key West, both less than a mile away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and my room was well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the unique feature of mirrors on the wall. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool area where I met friendly and welcoming guests. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a good start to my day with a variety of options to choose from, and the coffee was proclaimed to be the best. Additionally, the hotel had parking available on the street, and I appreciated the assistance in finding a suitable spot. The hotel also had a transportation service, with a bus stop just outside the 7 ft privacy fence at the back of the property, making it easy to reach various stops around this city.
Not one thing. Everything about this hotel was perfect.
The hotel was impeccably clean, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pool area where I spent relaxing afternoons. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with special shoutouts to Dina and Gina for their exceptional service.

We loved our stay at this gem in the heart of the city. The hotel's prime location, just a block from the vibrant Duval Street, made it easy for us to explore all that this charming city had to offer. The proximity to many wonderful places in Old Key West made it a perfect base for our adventures. Plus, being able to leave our car in the convenient parking area and walk everywhere was such a relief. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and we especially enjoyed the well-maintained hotel facilities, including the beautiful pool and the relaxing sun deck. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our stay. And the daily breakfast provided on-site was an excellent way to start our mornings.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the lively Duval Street and many boat departures. The room had a warm and inviting decor, with a mini fridge and its own window A/C. The included breakfast in the morning was displayed nicely and the food was good, including hot options like eggs, toast, and cereal. The staff, especially the girl who made the food, were very sweet and attentive. The vibe of the hotel was relaxed, and the landscaping was gorgeous. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the pool. The check-in process was smooth and the staff knew we were traveling as a couple and took extra care of us. we loved our experience at this hotel and believe it to be the best place in town.
