We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location up on the hill on the west side offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a coffee pot for our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for dining in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious in-room fridge. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - it was in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the crowded tourist spots. We enjoyed the pretty view and the nice balcony. The internet worked better than in any other place we've stayed.

The location was perfect, away from the hectic pace of popular tourist spots like Gatlinburg but still close to attractions like Cades Cove. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with a running dehumidifier, two queen beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The breakfast offered was delightful, with a nice variety of options.
