We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impeccable. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a clean and inviting pool, and a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The staff, especially our waitress Dena, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a five-minute walk to the Egg and conveniently close to the Capital Center, Empire State Plaza, and Albany Conference Center. James, one of the staff members, even walked us to the front desk with a cold bottle of water - a thoughtful gesture.

The staff was exceptional, with James going above and beyond to make us feel welcome by walking us to the front desk and even offering us a cold bottle of water.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a cozy and homely experience. The room service was prompt and the staff were polite and courteous. Additionally, the view of downtown was absolutely spectacular, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
