I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room and overall facility were spotless and beautifully updated. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, and I also enjoyed spending time at the bar area. The firepit area, although small, looked cool. The location was perfect, with a view of the lake from my room and common spaces. I loved the outdoor patio that overlooked the lake. The hotel was conveniently located close to both the lakeside attractions and the downtown shopping district. Parking was a breeze, and I never had to move my vehicle from the garage because walking was so convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, even when I made a special request for my room location.
Finding the hotel was not obvious, with poor signage or directions.
The hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location to transportation and local attractions made my stay enjoyable. The room service breakfast came with a generous amount of coffee and maple syrup. I also appreciated the free parking in the hotel's parking garage. The hotel's proximity to the pick-up point for the half marathon bus was a huge time saver. Additionally, the view from my room overlooking the lake was a wonderful bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated right between the beautiful Lake Champlain and the bustling Church Street Marketplace. Within just a 10-minute walk, I could easily explore downtown restaurants and all the major spots of this city. The rooms themselves were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, even honoring our special requests. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel bar and the executive lounge, where I enjoyed a delicious buffet and comfortable seating. Additionally, the parking garage had ample space and there was no extra fee for parking. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this city last month. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything going on in town, making it easy for me to explore the many attractions and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel was just a short distance away from the bike/recreation trail and other lakeside activities, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable, and I was pleased to find my room spotless upon arrival. The staff were friendly and efficient, making for a quick check-in and check-out process. the hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the bar and conference facilities.
