The front desk and valet staff were exceptional, providing professional and friendly service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and refreshing pool and a lovely restaurant. The location was ideal, being centrally located on the Emerald Necklace and within walking distance to Brookline Village, Longwood, and Coolidge Corner. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room, the comfortable bed, and the adjustable thermostat. The staff made us feel welcome and the hotel had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was a great bonus, and the free WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable. The parking and transportation options were convenient, and the hotel's location in a nice area made it easy for us to explore everything we needed. We were close to Fenway Park and the Brookline Village restaurants, which added to the overall appeal of our stay. Lastly, the staff was incredible. They were friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. Their excellent service made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch, providing a very comfortable and well-appointed room and bathroom. The staff at the front desk were professional, gracious, and friendly, offering exceptional service. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was within a 20-minute walk to Fenway Park, where I attended a rock concert. I didn't even have to deal with the subway, although it was a convenient option nearby.
