We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the lobby, bar, and breakfast area was impeccable. The staff, especially the front desk clerk James Beard, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped workout gym and a delicious breakfast available. The location was perfect, being close to everything we wanted to visit. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

We absolutely loved the hotel shuttle service, especially Tony! He was the best! He made us feel safe and comfortable, knowing we could rely on him instead of an Uber. The location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. The friendly and accommodating front staff, along with the great service from John B. the bartender, made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the king bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. We also appreciated the helpful suggestions for dining options from the staff. The hotel's proximity to all the popular Nashville attractions, including the university, downtown, and Greenhills, was a major plus.

In this hotel, we had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Kelly at the breakfast, were absolutely amazing. They were always eager to help and made our experience truly enjoyable. The indoor pool was a fantastic addition, and we loved taking a dip after a long day of exploring. The breakfast included in our stay was a great convenience, although we recommend going early to avoid any rush. The hotel's garage parking made it really convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. Additionally, the location was perfect for us music lovers as it was very close to a great music venue. We also appreciated the hotel's "Garden" concept, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Lastly, the staff provided a free shuttle service, and even after 10 pm, the reasonable taxi ride back was a great option.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The staff, especially Edward, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Edward, the charming, funny, courteous, and helpful employee who worked in the bar and dining room area, made my experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Having a mini fridge and microwave was really handy too. The hotel is conveniently located close to interstates and in an urban area, making it easy to explore the city.
