Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning up the mess I made in the room.
Location: Perfectly situated between Los Angeles and Vegas, making it convenient for a stopover during my trip.
Close to restaurants and shopping: There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, adding to the convenience of the location.
Staff: The wait staff in the restaurant and Rachel Ochoa, the supervisor at the front desk, were both friendly and helpful.

The convenience of the in-house restaurant and complimentary coffee was a lifesaver for my busy schedule. The restaurant staff were excellent and made me feel welcomed. The junior suite was spacious and clean, and the lobby area was well-maintained. I also appreciated the hand wipes near the elevators, which added a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to rest well during my stay. Moreover, the hotel's emphasis on safety made me feel secure throughout my time here.

I had a great night's sleep with the soft and comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was amazing, fixing our air con issue quickly and even giving us a dinner voucher. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Belinda at the reception was sweet and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, with heaven-like beds and pillows. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and a safe neighborhood. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.
