We had a fantastic stay with a large, modern, and very clean room. The hotel facilities, including the pool with a walk-up bar and the gym on the 22nd floor with great views, were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our customer experience top-notch. The location by the Galleria provided easy access to shopping and dining options. The extra amenities such as free WiFi, free water, and an empty fridge were much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to restaurants, malls, and shopping centers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was king-sized and extremely cozy. I also appreciated the complimentary drinking water, tea, and coffee, as well as the in-room microwave and coffee-making machine. The shuttle service was a great bonus, allowing me to easily explore the nearby Galleria mall and other attractions within a 3-mile radius. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The magnificent view from our room was truly unforgettable. The bed provided a luxurious experience, with its puffy comfort that made us feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The friendly and helpful staff, especially our housekeeper in room 1010, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the renowned Galeria shopping center and a plethora of delicious restaurants. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently close to major highways, making it easy to explore this city.
