We had a fantastic stay thanks to the courteous and helpful staff, especially Angie at check-in. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the Tangerine restaurant had a good selection of food. The location was excellent, within walking distance to attractions like the Dali Museum and the harbor with its cafes and bars. We also want to give a shout-out to Paul, the night security, who was always there to assist guests with whatever we needed.

The hotel is perfectly located in downtown, allowing easy access to all the attractions including the mariner, yacht club, Dali museum, small domestic airport, and the Saturday farmers market which was literally across the street. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.

We were also impressed by the excellent service provided by Paul, the night security, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
Noisy construction nearby disrupted our stay and made the pool area unusable.
