Reviews
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Tracy and Liam, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a beautiful building with a mix of old and new, cozy corners to relax in, and pretty gardens. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast options, including salmon and scrambled eggs, were delicious. The location was second to none, with easy access to the charming town of Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and location made my stay truly enjoyable.
Almost perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and well-maintained facilities. The hotel itself is located on the rural outskirts, in a charming 17th-century house with beautiful gardens at the back. We absolutely loved the cozy fireplace, which kept us warm and added to the overall ambiance. The breakfast was delicious, with well-presented food and a variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Not one thing.
I had such a special stay to celebrate my birthday. The hotel upgraded me to a beautiful suite, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was charming and had an old-world feel. The location was perfect, being reasonably close to Shibden Hall where Anne Lister lived. The restaurant offered a unique menu and the presentation of the dishes was impressive. Breakfast was excellent too!
Couldn't find any faults at all.
Definitely no complaints!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The facilities were top-notch, with ample parking and transportation options. The location provided a peaceful oasis where we could relax in a bubble of solitude, away from any noise or distraction. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of freshly-prepared options. And the staff were exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.
Nothing negative to say - we were in disbelief at how perfect our experience was.
