We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dinner in the city. The supervisor at the front desk made us feel welcome right from the start. Our room was spotless thanks to the amazing housekeeper, who was polite and kept everything tidy. The location was ideal, within walking distance to downtown, close to the Xfinity Theater, and near river walks on both sides of the river.

From the front desk personnel to the pool maintenance staff to the room service lady, everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The manager, Jerry S., went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The bed was very comfortable, and the wifi connection was decent. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices and was outstanding. We appreciate the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to downtown but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
