The customer service at this hotel was excellent, with George being particularly responsive to our needs. The corner room we stayed in had good space and the new bedding was very appropriate. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was a short distance from our main event. Check-in and check-out were quick, taking less than 5 minutes. The hotel provided all the basics like toiletries, and the bed was very comfy. The hotel was quiet and cozy, making it a comfortable place to stay for the night. The location was also convenient, being right down the road from downtown.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, not a crumb in sight, and the hotel smelled fresh and clean. We checked our room thoroughly to ensure there were no bed bugs, and we were relieved to find absolutely none. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially George who was responsive to any issues we had in our room. The location of the hotel was great, and we particularly liked the fact that there were transportation options nearby. The breakfast offered at the hotel was appropriate and the food was good.
