The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a family like mine. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise, especially for the kids. Additionally, the location was convenient for our overnight stay on our long journey home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who brought us coffee during breakfast. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. I was impressed with their attention to food allergies, as they provided lactose-free milk for our room and breakfast. The hotel's location, right next to a major junction, made it convenient for our travel needs. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff at this hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel next month! The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and although they looked busy, they were happy to assist me. The room was clean and the location, just off the M6, was extremely convenient for my visit in the area.
Everything great.
The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette made by Chef Steve. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Don't have any issues at all.
The room was bigger and better than expected, with an excellent en suite bathroom. Check-in/out was quick and simple, and the staff were pleasant. We loved the little hand-written note in the card and the room had everything we needed. The room was very light, the bed extremely comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. Julie, the person who cleaned our room, did a great job!
