I had the pleasure of interacting with a remarkable staff member named Isaac at the front desk. His warm greeting and exceptional customer service made my stay memorable. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to Union Square and key attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great city view. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped workout room and a 24/7 free coffee service in the lobby. The location was excellent, being really close to Union Square, which made it convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting around the city. this hotel provided a wonderful experience for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, making sure we were comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful, art deco speakeasy feel, and is conveniently located very near Union Square. We were able to walk everywhere and the hotel was just around the corner from rental car pickup/drop off. Additionally, the room was clean and quiet, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a glass of champagne at check-in. We also enjoyed free breakfast, a $25 credit for the restaurant, and two free tickets for the trolley.
