The hotel's location was excellent, with close proximity to Boston Harbor Cruises and being under 10 minutes away from Newberry Street. We loved the fact that there was a common area where we could gather and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided top-notch service. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were exceptional. Additionally, we found the hotel to be very close to some superb restaurants and the breakfast options were delicious.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant where I had the best steak I've eaten in a long time. The breakfast from the a la carte menu was also great, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that my needs were met throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the waterfront near Faneuil Hall and the Back Bay Station of the orange line.
