We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were top notch, and we enjoyed the convenience of the nearby Burbank airport. The location in this city was perfect for our meetings.
Not one thing.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cute and clean atmosphere. The floors were so shiny and spotless that I could literally see my reflection in them. The staff was always polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The food and drinks at the hotel were simply amazing, and even the room service was top-notch. Despite the rain, I still got to enjoy the amazing pool and spa facilities. The room itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, making it perfect for capturing those Instagram-worthy pics. The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was situated in a safe and walkable neighborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, and services. Plus, being in SoCal, I had the added benefit of enjoying the beautiful Southern California weather.
Nothing negative to say.
We had an incredible stay! The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The bartender made fabulous drinks, like the High in the Clouds. The continental breakfast was delicious. The room was so comfy and luxurious, with a well-appointed suite that had plenty of space for the four of us. The hotel facilities were superb, with a nice pool area. The staff at check-in and the shuttle driver were very friendly. The shuttle service was great, taking us within a 3-mile radius. The location was perfect for visiting the WB Studio Tour and CityWalk.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the property. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, parking, and fitness center, were top-notch. The location of the hotel was perfect - situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the attractions in the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and making us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, and the beautifully decorated and clean rooms.
