I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering to microwave my food for me since there was no easy access to a microwave in the room. The Nest toiletries in the recently renovated bathroom were a nice touch. The heating in the room was quiet and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. The snack box provided was also quite substantial. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to downtown and SAP. I loved being able to walk around the downtown area and explore this city. I had a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was just a short 3-minute drive to the convention center and there were plenty of things to see and do within a 15-minute drive. Additionally, the hotel was in walking distance to the SAP center, making it convenient for those attending events there. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and pleasure during my stay. The room was spotless and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the cool bar/restaurant. The parking situation was also convenient, with the option to get a parking spot right in front of the hotel for a small fee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for attending the NBA preseason basketball game at SAP Center. It was conveniently located in downtown, close to everything I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The parking was also convenient, allowing easy access to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, and I was impressed by the little extras in the room, such as the extra TV in the bathroom and the shaving/makeup mirror. this hotel felt like a home away from home.
