From outstanding customer service to an amazing room and the perfect location central to the best restaurants, this hotel has it all. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, from getting me a new hairdryer to providing extra towels. The room had a lovely individual decor and offered the best view, allowing me to watch the gondola on the mountain and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and just a short 10-minute walk to the hot springs pool.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel in downtown Glenwood Springs. It was just a short scenic walk from the historic Hotel Colorado and the Glenwood hot springs. The hotel was surrounded by boutique shops and great restaurants, making it a perfect spot for exploring the area. We also enjoyed the view of a sidestreet from our room, adding to the overall charm of the location. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large and interesting lobby area that created a relaxed atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
