I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was ideal, as it was convenient to a lot of main sites and close to the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location in the center of the old town was perfect for exploring this historic city. I loved being able to stroll around and hop on the free trolley to visit all the attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel facilities, such as the courtyard garden and rooftop pool, were simply stunning. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast served in the quiet courtyard was a delightful way to start the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Old San Juan. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful old church and within walking distance of all the major historic and cultural sites. Talana, who helped with reservations, even warned me about an ongoing festival in the area. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a cozy courtyard patio restaurant where I enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The staff was excellent, from the attentive wait staff to the friendly desk clerks. They even had a waiter covering the pool area, ensuring that I had everything I needed while lounging. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near major attractions, and the helpful and welcoming staff made this a memorable stay.
