This hotel had the best location, being in the lively Kabukicho area and close to the train station. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The bathroom in our room was the biggest and best we had during our entire trip in Japan. The washing facilities provided were a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Chief Concierge Guan Zhenzhi and Ms. Watanabe. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area for days.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel, located right near the bustling Shinjuku Station, offered a convenient and vibrant hub for exploring the city. With its modern and clean facilities, it provided a comfortable stay. The staff were efficient and respectful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to various transportation options made traveling around the city a breeze.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything you need in Shinjuku and just a few minutes walk from the station. It is also in the center of the night-life area, allowing for a lively atmosphere. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a sizeable bathroom and a great view of the city. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
