We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The housekeeper went above and beyond, even leaving us extra regular coffee and removing the decaf when they noticed we preferred regular. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-designed, with great cleanliness. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of the Pinball Museum, Malaprops books, downtown breweries, and antique shops. We were able to easily drive to the mountains during the day and explore the city on foot in the afternoons and evenings. The bed was extremely comfortable, the cleaning and restaurant staff provided exceptional customer service, and everything ran efficiently.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable that we slept through an earthquake! The staff was amazing - they were friendly and treated us like friends. The hotel took great precautions to ensure our safety during these uncertain times. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent water pressure in the showers. The location was perfect, convenient to all downtown restaurants and within walking distance of attractions. We also loved the huge food portions and the excellent selection of grab-and-go food and drink items available.

We loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were directed to the free self-parking in the garage and check-in was a breeze. The room itself was impressive with its layout, cleanliness, and stunning mountain side view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom shower and vanity felt spacious and spa-like. The hotel's location was super close to the downtown area, making it convenient for us to explore the restaurants and shops in this beautiful city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the downtown attractions and just a short distance to the US Cellular event center. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the downtown action. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful property and a nice cafe in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We were even upgraded to a spacious corner suite, which was a pleasant surprise. we were impressed with the cleanliness, location, and the wonderful staff.
