Cleanliness was great. Hotel facilities were top-notch. Location in the beautiful Mt Vernon neighborhood was perfect for visiting attractions in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and even gave my husband a complimentary drink for his birthday. The hotel has beautiful architectural and design elements throughout, creating a lovely and eclectic atmosphere. The location is great, situated in the historic center of the city, not far from the inner harbor and in a quiet neighborhood. We were inspired by the hotel's photographs and bookcase wallpaper to explore nearby attractions like Lexington Market, Poe House, and Bromo Seltzer Tower.
It was all superb.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Shelana and Tonisha, were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was fantastic, with a vaulted ceiling, glass shower, and a super comfortable bed. Even dinner at the hotel was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a vegan option. Our waiter, Scott, provided excellent service. The location was also fantastic, as it was centrally located in downtown and allowed us to easily explore the neighborhoods and landmarks of this city. It was a nice walk to the Inner Harbor and close to the Peabody Institute and the Washington Monument. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting this city.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. The breakfast, dinner, and cocktails were all delicious, and the live jazz night was a great addition. Parking in the garage was hassle-free, and the location was perfect, with easy access to all attractions in the area.
For us, it was ideal.
