We had an amazing stay! Christina at the front desk made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth. The room was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The manager, Brian, even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost, which had a cozy fireplace and a comfortable couch. The location of this hotel was also very convenient, being within walking distance of downtown and close to the highways. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful, and there were very few guests during our midweek stay, making it a quiet and relaxing experience.

It is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars, as well as cafes and convenience stores. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel is situated between San Jose and Santa Cruz, making it a great base for exploring both cities.
