We had a fantastic stay. The lobby was stunning, with beautiful glass art throughout. Our room was attractively appointed with a comfortable bed and a view of the mountains. The hotel had spacious elevators and a well-equipped fitness center. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, and the small restaurant called "Bite" served delicious breakfast. The staff, including Sasha and her service-dog Tren, at the front desk in the evening, were accommodating and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the downtown cultural centers, waterfront, and local dining and shopping areas. The cleanliness and fast internet connection were also impressive.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating every request and even sending text messages to keep in touch with us. The glass artwork throughout the hotel was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to our experience. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily walk to the Tacoma Art Museum and Museum of Glass. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the lounge with its great selection of well alcohol. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room exceeded our expectations in terms of its beauty and comfort.

The hotel's glass art works throughout each floor bring class and sophistication, making our stay feel decadent. The location is great, close to the Pantages Theater, Tacoma Glass Museum, and the history museum where we attended a conference. The staff went out of their way to take care of our advance travel requests and were always helpful.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the internet was fast and easy to use. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast in their small restaurant. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and close to the Convention Center.
