We had a fantastic stay in the heart of this city! The hotel's staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and store our belongings after check-out. The room was impeccably clean and stocked with all the necessary bathroom items. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, just a short walk from the main train station and popular attractions like the Arno and Santa Maria Novella.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The rooms were spotless and everything worked well. The location was perfect, just off the Arno river and within easy walking distance to most sites in this city. We appreciated having a nearby convenience store and being near the train station in this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good selection of items and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the usual Italian sticky bun and coffee. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was also a major advantage, as it was close to the hill top where you can get the best view of the city, as well as being conveniently located near transportation links.
