I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location, right on the shore of the Bacalar Lagoon, was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were well maintained and offered a range of amenities, including free use of kayaks and paddle boards. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met. The security measures at the entrance made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The hotel also offered convenient transportation options for tours and airport transfers. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location in the lagoon were superb.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is stunning, right in front of the beautiful lagoon. We enjoyed easy access to the water and made use of the free kayaks and paddle boards to explore the Bacalar lagoon on our own. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with multiple private docks and a jetty offering breathtaking views. The cleanliness of our room was top-notch, and we were impressed with the modern and spacious bungalow. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing wonderful service throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Carolina, Josmar, Joselito, Alexander, and Jorge C. for making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly recommend trying the octopus tacos and the tuna. Also, don't miss out on the chance to have a relaxing massage by the water - it's truly rejuvenating.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The hotel had the perfect location on the lagoon, allowing me to fully enjoy the stunning views and relax by the water. The proximity to the Centro was also convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were top-notch. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
