We had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in an excellent location. The historically renovated hotel had a stylish mission decor, with calming and pleasing colors and simplicity in furnishings. The absence of "hotel" artwork was a refreshing touch. The spacious and clean rooms offered nice pillow options/densities. The staff was wonderful and very attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They upgraded our room, surprised us with local, handmade chocolates and a lovely card for our birthdays, and willingly accommodated our requests. The hotel's central location was a big plus, as it was within walking distance to the Plaza, museums, churches, world-class restaurants.
