I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The elegance of the hotel was impeccable and I loved how it was located right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have all the attractions within walking distance, especially the River Walk. The hotel's location on the quieter part of the river walk was perfect because it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the action. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the entire property was excellent. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk, especially Mariah, provided excellent service despite the temporary setup due to construction. The staff went above and beyond by recognizing a special occasion and surprising us with a bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on The River Walk in a none busy area. We were able to easily explore all of the San Antonio nightlife, including the Majestic theatre. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a peaceful ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. For breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious spread, including fresh fruit and yogurt.

The hotel had a prime location, right on the Riverwalk, allowing me easy access to everything I needed. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the parking and transportation options were convenient.
