I had the best stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for me, as it was right in the center of Santana Row. I loved being in the center of the action, with access to shopping, great meals, and easily accessible transportation. The street ambiance was fantastic, with an amazing festive vibe. I felt like I was sleeping inside of a night club - it was so exciting! The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a rooftop pool that had plenty of sun loungers, towels, and even a menu for ordering drinks or snacks. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always on-hand to refresh the dishes. I also really appreciated how the staff greeted me by name every time I arrived. It made me feel so valued and appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the valet parking option, which was convenient since parking in this area can be challenging. The location in Santana Row was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-appointed and nicely decorated extra large rooms. The wide screen TV with the option to record shows was a great feature. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful courtyard and a fantastic rooftop pool with a jacuzzi. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent, with delicious sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and tasty breakfast potatoes. The location was perfect, situated in an area that was great for a girls' weekend, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and museums within walking distance. The staff was exceptional, from the valet service to the room service, and the staff members were always attentive and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was excellent - very professional and friendly. They even granted a special request, which we really appreciated. The room was stylish, comfy, and clean. We felt like royalty when we ordered room service and enjoyed the amazing food. The location of the hotel was perfect - a shopper's dream with easy access to transportation. And the continental breakfast was great! We were really happy with the fair price and the superb customer service. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
