The location was fantastic - very central and within walking distance of the main square. The hotel staff were wonderful and friendly, always ready to help and spoke English. The hotel was modern, with a handy bar in the lobby and a restaurant. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfy.

The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, with a good choice for breakfast. The staff are excellent, they are helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to all the tourist attractions in the city, including the main square with its abundance of bars and restaurants.
Not obvious to find.
I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in the center of this city. It was so convenient for exploring all the attractions that this city has to offer, including the Market Square, the Royal Wawel Castle & Cathedral, and the Kazimierz, the old Jewish part of this city. Plus, it was just a short walk away from museums.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the maids coming in daily to keep the room, bed, and bathroom spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wide selection of breakfast food and juices. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly helpful, even going as far as calling a taxi for us when we needed one. The location was ideal, as it was close to the old market square and away from any noisy school parties or stag weekenders.
