We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well-maintained it was. The facilities were top-notch and we especially enjoyed spending time in the kitchen/bar area. The location just outside of the high traffic areas was perfect for our purpose of staying in this city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They provided helpful recommendations for local destinations and businesses to visit. The hotel was always clean and orderly, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, as it was close to Old San Juan, Condado, and the Isla Verde area. Uber was easily accessible and transportation to any location in the city was convenient.

I had a great time at the hotel. The pool was fantastic, especially for my son who loved the kids slide. The pool bar was excellent, and they even had a DJ one day which made it even better. The hotel itself was clean, and the room was very nice, with an updated and pleasant bathroom. Security was also top-notch, with the need for a validated ticket and room key for all doors. The best part was the location, as it was not far from the Sheraton with other restaurants, allowing me to walk safely to nearby restaurants during the day.
Nothing could have been better.
