We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the exercise facility and pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The bathroom layout was also satisfactory. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and nice. The location of the hotel was in the center of the city, providing easy access to various attractions. We were able to use the skywalk to stay out of the weather and explore the city easily.

The staff were amazing, with Nicolas standing out for his exceptional customer service. He checked us in and provided helpful recommendations for places to eat and the best way to get to the stadium. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants was a big plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Minneapolis in January. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the huge fitness center that took up a whole floor of space. It had everything from a bench press to a stair stepper, an indoor basketball court, and even a private workout room. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to the marathon registration and an easy, safe walk to Orchestra Hall. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with handcrafted omelettes made by a friendly chef. The staff was also excellent, providing quick and delicious room service.

The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and gym that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice beds and a quiet area as requested. The breakfast buffet was good, although a little pricey. We were accommodated with an early arrival and late checkout, which was very convenient. The hotel's location was also a plus, with many restaurants within walking distance and convenient access to Loring Park and the convention center via pedestrian walkways and skywalks.
