We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking at this hotel was convenient, and we had no issue finding a spot. The location was perfect, with three candy bars within a quick walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, treating me with professionalism and warmth upon check-in. The bartenders were engaging and made me feel welcomed. The executive suite I stayed in was spectacular and well worth it. The hotel facilities were clean and the location, opposite Woodfield Mall, was convenient with a good choice of shops and restaurants nearby.
We loved the hotel facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor pool. The cleanliness of the entire facility was impeccable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with many offering assistance to us since we are in wheelchairs.

Cleanliness: The hotel lobby looks great and recently updated. Hotel facilities: The customer service here was better than at ANY hotel or resort I have stayed. Staff: Matthew at the front desk promptly resolved my room issue and provided excellent customer service.
