I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, treating me like a valued guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the sky chairs among the beautiful trees in the garden. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and many Bay Area attractions. The breakfast provided plenty of options, and I appreciated the variety of choices available. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the hospitality of the staff.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
We loved the clean rooms and the relaxing vibe of the hotel's inside garden and pool area. The convenience of having a gas station, food options, and downtown San Rafael nearby was a plus. Parking was ample, and we appreciated the use of environment-friendly toiletries in dispensable pumps.
Not one thing.
I loved everything about this hotel, from the modern and clean rooms to the spacious and up-to-date facilities. The two entrances were a nice touch as well. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with hammocks, pools, and fire pits. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed spending time outside in the nicely landscaped area. It was great to have a poolside restaurant where we could eat and relax. The staff was prompt in resolving any issues, such as our air unit not working. Despite being close to a busy highway, once inside the hotel, I didn't hear any noise.

The hotel had a stunning courtyard with beautiful views and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the outdoor areas were great for kids to play in. The hotel also had a nice pool and the room was well-decorated.
