The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of all the action. It was just a short walk to the Staples Center and close to everything from business to fun. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the city. the hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable.

They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my room, quickly resolving it and offering me an upgrade and hotel credits as compensation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great views of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The location was perfect, right down the street from the convention center and in close proximity to the LA Live area, with plenty of event venues, shopping centers, and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful.
