We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. They were ready to go the extra mile to assist us with our needs. The guest liaison officer, Zeenat, was especially helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. The breakfast was the best we have had so far, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the hotel provided parking and transportation services. We also appreciated the excellent service from Priyanka and the team at Mezza Mezza. we were impressed with the staff, hotel facilities, breakfast, and willingness to assist guests.

The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location near Juhu beach provided a beautiful view of the sea.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff treated our 2-year-old daughter like a princess and made her stay memorable. Lydia went above and beyond by decorating our room with a Peppa Pig theme, balloons, and a complimentary chocolate cake. The location is perfect, with walking access to the beach and all rooms facing the seashore. The hotel facilities include a pond by the swimming pool where children can enjoy feeding fishes. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
