I had a fantastic stay at the hotel - the staff were helpful and allowed me to check in early. The family room was spacious and perfect for a group of 5. Breakfast, although limited, was included and convenient. The location was great, just a short walk to the attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bathroom was especially clean. The breakfast provided was a great bonus, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. The staff, particularly the Indian couple at the reception, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They even provided immediate assistance when my dad had an eye problem and needed eyedrops. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently near the Falls and right next to the river walk. We were able to easily walk to the Niagara Falls State Park and explore everything around the falls.

The hotel was pretty close to the falls, just a 15-20 minute walk away. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially when I arrived early and they found a room for me. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and smelled nice.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious swimming pool which our kids enjoyed. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenient location, as it was close to downtown and the Seneca casino. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially the lady working at the reception. The room was beautifully decorated with plenty of 'flat' surfaces and over 6 USB outlets available, which was convenient for charging my devices. The bed was comfortable, and I loved that the heating unit was quiet. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to do and just a short walk from the river walk.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
