The hotel is beautifully located right in the middle of Dock Square, but not at all chaotic. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with buttery and fluffy croissants. The towels in the room smelled fresh.

Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay in Kennebunkport. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and shops, allowing us to easily explore the charming city on foot. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we were impressed with the well-maintained facilities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a delightful treat, with a selection of croissants, butter, and jam hung on our door knob every morning.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was within walking distance to everything, including shops, restaurants, and local musicians. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting on the outside terrace with a holiday drink and a book. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and served in a comfortable area.
