We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions such as the Aquarium, Harrah's Casino, and Mother's restaurant. We also loved how close it was to Canal Street, the French Market, Riverfront, Children's museum, and the WW II Museum. Being near the French Quarter was a bonus.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, close enough to the popular spots in NOLA. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the French Quarter and other attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast offered was good and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I had an incredible time at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city and I felt safe throughout my stay. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and had a modern feel to it. There were multiple dining options available, making it convenient for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea that were available until noon. The food options were delicious and varied, including healthy choices. The spacious room had a fresh interior and excellent sound insulation, making me feel like I was the only one in the hotel. The staff were exceptional, welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond when my husband misplaced his wallet, as they actually found it for us. the comfort, style, and exceptional service made my stay here truly memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, within walking distance to the Convention Center, Harrah's Casino, and many New Orleans sites. We felt safe and found it convenient to explore the city, with Canal, Bourbon, and Decatur Streets nearby. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a kitchenette stocked with everything we needed, as well as clean and bright white towels. The staff, especially Lareal at the Front Desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary light buffet dinner, which had tasty options like red beans and rice and a salad bar.
Nothing not to love.
