I had a fantastic stay at this downtown hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. I could easily walk to Mellon Square, Market Square, and even to Heinz Field or PNC Park across the river. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice bar and a cozy second-level "living room" where I could relax and enjoy my morning coffee. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, free from any outside or hallway noise. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the hotel room to the bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the rooftop where we enjoyed drinks with a stunning view. We were pleasantly surprised to find street bikes available for borrowing, with no extra fees. Being able to explore this city on bike was a fantastic experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the downtown district and within walking distance to all attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with special thanks to Jack at the front desk who represented the hotel well. Communication with the staff was convenient through text, and the contactless experience was a great feature.
