The hotel's location was excellent, situated within easy walking distance to countless restaurants, Pikes Place, and public transport. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The friendly and attentive staff made my stay even more enjoyable, from simultaneously being on work calls to chatting with Antares about Jim Henson. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including a large lobby with plenty of seating and a cozy fireplace, added to the overall experience.
Nothing to mention.
We had a fantastic stay thanks to the guidance and support of the regional Vice President. The hotel's location made it easy for us to walk to restaurants, bars, and museums, including Pike Place and Symphony Hall. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Nothing negative to say.
I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect - within walking distance to all the shops and Pike Place, as well as Queen Anne and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice seating area in the entrance that had a big fire. The staff were incredible - Devin at check-in was super awesome and took care of my parking, while Shanie was a gem. Colin and Tyler at the front desk made sure everything was squared away with my car. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were attentive and provided a simple flow for my stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, making it easy to explore the city. They even offer bike rentals, allowing guests to easily get around and see the sights. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities such as flat screen televisions. I also loved the unique touch of having a pet fish in the room upon request - a fun and quirky feature.
All was good.
The location was perfect, just a short walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful facilities. The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome.
