The staff went above and beyond to please guests, the location offers breathtaking views of the ocean, the food was delightful with a variety of options, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful main beach at Tulum and also close to the local public beach just north. The breakfast provided was delicious and presented beautifully. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained pools and a relaxing atmosphere.

We loved the all-inclusive option, with no need for restaurant reservations. The New Year's Eve dinner was fantastic. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the resort itself had a great atmosphere. The architecture, pool, and gardens were all very nice. The location allowed for easy access to beautiful beach spots by car or bike. The staff was always in a good mood and very attentive. a perfect balance between quiet and lively, with a nice adult-only atmosphere.
