We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk into the heart of the city where all the galleries and shops are, and close enough to the beach that we could hear the surf. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful garden/pool area that provided a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The staff was always happy and ready to assist. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including a delicious breakfast buffet and early morning coffee/tea service. The location was perfect, with the beach and town within walking distance. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service at night for when we wanted to dress up or enjoy a drink. the cleanliness, facilities, and helpfulness of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing - from Riva at the bar to Alexis the concierge, they provided the best hospitality ever. The location was perfect, in the middle of everything, with beautiful surroundings that made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we had no issues with parking. The beach and downtown shopping areas were just a short distance away, and we even enjoyed a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast was great, and we loved the afternoon freshly baked cookies. our anniversary getaway was made perfect by this hotel.

The location in a very quiet residential area, just a couple blocks off Ocean Ave where the galleries and shops are. Transportation was convenient with the free shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
